Lifestyle factors are the modifiable habits and ways of life that can greatly influence overall health and well-being. These can impact mental and emotional health and physical health including fertility. In studies lifestyle choices are sited as impacting heart disease, diabetes, anxiety, depression, risk for cancer and fertility.

The foods you eat affect your health. Being physically active is good for your physical and emotional health and mental acquity. Attaining and maintaining an ideal weight decreases your inflammation, the stress on your joints, your risk of infections, diabetes and heart disease. Smoking, drinking and taking any medication that is not absolutely necessary all have negative impacts on health and may lead to addictions. Decreasing stressors and having stress reduction tools reduce cortisol levels reducing your risks for many diseases.
There are many things in life we cannot control. But if given the choice, make good decisions for your health and well being. Choose to regularly eat an abundance of whole plant-based foods, exercise, and practice stress reduction. Have good sleep habits. Actively avoid substances, people and situations which contribute to stress on the body or the mind. Choose health and wellness.
