Wellness coaching is about helping people improve their lifestyle behaviors. The majority of all diseases and health concerns are lifestyle-related. Despite increasing efforts, the rates of diseases such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes are increasing. Most people know they need to make change. They have either tried and failed, or just don’t know where to begin.

Coaching is a powerful one-on-one alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of learning, effectiveness and fulfillment. The benefit of the relationship is to seek lasting change and improvement.

A wellness coach is an ally who can engage you in possibility thinking, hold you accountable to complete your plans and challenge you to be your best. The result is real growth and movement.

While I focus on many aspects of lifestyle, a plant-based diet is pivotal. It embraces wellness for the individual, but also has far-reaching impact. When I say plant-based diet, I am referring to a mostly unprocessed, whole plant-food diet composed of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. The more unprocessed plant-based foods, the healthier the diet.  

As your wellness coach, I will work with you in an individualized way to identify what you want and provide a powerful channel for achieving wellness. I am your guide through the process of change. Together, we will explore the best way to spark your motivation to attain your wellness goals. Your commitment to your health through our coaching partnership offers the possibilities for more balance, joy, energy and abundance in every area of your life.

The complimentary session gives you an overview of what we may accomplish together. The first intake session is generally an hour where we design a master plan to achieve your optimal health. Coaching sessions are generally 30 minutes weekly or biweekly depending on your needs. Once we have an overall vision, we meet regularly to work on change. At the end of each session you will have an action plan. Between sessions, I am available as a resource and for support.

Change takes time and requires deliberate intention through education, motivation and accountability. It is a choice to improve your quality of living with love, kindness and patience toward yourself. Contact me to schedule your complimentary session.
