Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is adapted from a recipe from sharedappetite.com. We eat this almost every holiday and many times between. Perfect combo of tangy and sweet.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts

2 tablespoons olive oil

kosher sea salt

1 tablespoon sriracha

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 lime juiced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Cut off the stem ends of the sprouts. Cut sprouts in half.

3. Place sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season generously with Kosher sea salt. Toss to coat. Place in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan a ew times throughout the cooking process, until crisp and golden on the outside and tender in the inside.

4. Meanwhile, combine sriracha, maple syrup, and lime in a small bowl. Season with Kosher sea salt.

5. Remove sprouts from oven and drizzle with sriracha sauce. Toss lightly to coat.

6. Return the pan to oven for 5 more minutes.

7. Serve immediately.
