Spicy Sesame Noodles
This is a tried and true, delicious pasta I have os an old xeroxed recipe. Quick ands easy meal. Add edamame or a salad.
Ingredients
1 pound thin linguine (try red or green lentil)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup creamy organic peanut butter
1/4 cup tamari or shoyu sauce
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 sweet red pepper cut int thin slivers
4 scallions diced
Instructions
Cook linguine according to package directions.
Toss with sesame oil and set aside
In a bowl combine peanut butter, shoyu, red wine vinegar, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Toss pb combo with noodles
Gently toss in red pepper and scallions.
Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
